Maidstone Wind Symphony's Come and Play Days are a programme of workshops, discussions and masterclasses delivered by our renowned guest soloists.

Our workshops are open to instrumentalists of all ages and abilities, from children just starting out on their musical adventures to experienced adult players of all abilities eager to learn and be inspired by some of the best in the business.

The professionals guide the participant though inspirational workshop and masterclass sessions which include ensemble playing, technique advice and potentially opportunities to workshop any pieces participants may wish to bring with them. The content is tailored to the ability of the participants.

Recent masterclass hosts have included Andy Findon (woodwind), Rex Richardson (brass), Les Neish (low brass), Andy Scott (saxophone), Steven Mead (low brass), Brett Baker (brass), David Campbell (clarinet) and Anthony Brown (clarinet and saxophone).

Admission to the Come and Play Days is £10 and includes a free concert ticket.
