Your support is vital to MWS continuing the work that we do, so we are delighted to introduce an exclusive patrons’ scheme.
By becoming a Maidstone Wind Symphony Patron, you can help to sustain the band and enjoy some exclusive benefits:
- Guaranteed seat in front rows with every ticket purchased
- 10% discount for a guest for one concert each season
- Complimentary refreshments at every concert
- Complimentary programme at every concert
- Your name credited as a Patron on our website and in our concert programmes
There’s no set fee to become a Patron of MWS. We simply ask for a minimum donation of £50 per person, per season.

If you're a UK taxpayer, we can claim Gift Aid on your donation at no extra cost to you. This means that for every £1 you donate, MWS can claim an extra 25p from HM Revenue & Customs.
To give you an idea of what your donation will help to finance:
£50 will keep the band in break time tea and biscuits for the season
£80 will pay for our rehearsal venue for one week
£120 will cover one month of storage costs for our equipment
£300 will allow us to buy new music for the band to perform
£350 will cover the hiring of percussion instruments for one concert
£650 will allow us to hire a concert venue for one concert

Want to promote your business while supporting a registered charity? Why not sponsor MWS!
Over 200 people regularly attend our concerts, so it's a great way to raise your profile locally while 'doing your bit' for a community music group.
For a charitable donation of £150 you will receive:
- A half-page advert in 5 x concert programmes (upgrade to a full page for an extra £100)
- Your company name in our list of patrons in each concert programme
- Your company name and website link on the Maidstone Wind Symphony Website
- Sponsorship announcement on our social media channels (over 2,000 followers), tagging your business
- Your logo on all concert posters, social media graphics, marketing emails, event ticket page and concert programmes
- Article on your business in the concert programme, plus a full-page advert
- Option to display company banners and branding at our concert (you must provide these materials)
- Option to have a stand at our events selling your products or handing out flyers
- Personal thank you message from our Music Director during the concert
- Free tickets for you + one guest to attend the event
As Maidstone Wind Symphony is a registered charity, donations from UK limited companies may qualify as allowable business expenses. This means your company could receive corporation tax relief on charitable donations.
