Friends of Maidstone Wind Symphony
Enjoy coming to MWS concerts? Why not give something back to the band and become an official Friend of Maidstone Wind Symphony.
Our ‘friends’ scheme is an opportunity to support MWS while enjoying exclusive perks, including:
- One free ticket to a concert of your choice
- 10% off all further tickets purchased during the season
- Free event programme (if you show your Friends of MWS card)
- Complimentary interval refreshments (if you show your Friends of MWS card)
- Option to reserve your seats for each concert
There’s no set fee to become a friend of MWS. All we ask is for a minimum donation of £40 per person, per season.
To give you an idea of what your donation can help to finance:
£40 will keep the band in break time tea and biscuits for the year
£80 will pay for our rehearsal venue for one week
£150 will cover the hiring of percussion instruments for one concert
£300 will allow us to buy new music for the band to perform

Corporate concert sponsorship
Want to raise your company profile in the Maidstone area while supporting a registered charity? Why not sponsor an MWS concert.
For a donation of £100+ you can sponsor one of our upcoming concerts, benefitting from:
- Your company logo and advert in our event programme
- Logo and name check in our pre-event marketing emails, social media messages and on the event ticket page
- Option to display company pop-up banners and branding at our concert (you must provide these materials)
- Option to have a stand at our events selling your products or handing out flyers
- Personal thank you message from our Music Director during the concert
