03/19/2022 00:00 03/20/2022 00:00 Europe/London Reflections Reflections Maidstone Wind Symphony will be returning for a day of well-being through music, working alongside The Music Man Project, on the 19th of March at Mote Hall This concert takes a slightly new shape, with workshops being held on the day that connect well-being with meditation, breathing & mindfulness as well as working with The Music Man Project   Our mediation, breathing & mindfulness workshop will be held by Clare Cockell Clare is an experienced meditation teacher and is passionate about mindfulness and well-being, regularly holding workshops and retreats from the beautiful grounds of Barham Court in Barming We are so excited to have Clare hold a workshop with us at Mote Hall The Music Man Project is an incredible music education service for children and adults with learning disabilities They have performed in the Royal Albert Hall, the London Palladium and the work they carry out is an incredible testament to the power of music Workshops: The Music Man Project: 45 minutes each, 2pm, or 3pm at Mote Hall Meditation, Breathing & Mindset with Claire Cockell, for one hour at 1pm The pieces chosen for this concert will encourage you to reflect, calm the mind and tap into the finite emotions we all experience In light of the pandemic this concert feels a very fitting reflection on the times spent alone, times shared and the experiences of the last two years As we try to play our part in protecting the environment, programmes will be emailed to all ticket holders There will also be a QR code available at the venue for you to download the programme to your chosen device We are so excited for this incredible day! Mote Hall is Maidstone’s largest concert venue and is situated within Maidstone Leisure Centre.

Transport and Parking: Maidstone Leisure Centre is situated to the south of Maidstone town centre, a 15-20 minute walk from the town’s two train stations.It offers amply free parking but you need to register your car inside upon arrival if you are staying more than three hours.

Toilets: Mote Hall has toilets located close to the hall entrance.

Accessibility: The venue is fully wheelchair and pushchair accessible.
