Friends of Maidstone Wind Symphony
In 2010, Maidstone Wind Symphony launched its Friends Scheme. The scheme is designed to improve the service we give to supporters and to bring them closer to the band's work.
We are hugely indebted to friends and family for their continued support and would like this opportunity to reward this with greater benefits. MWS success owes much to the encouragement of its audiences and friends who have attended its concerts and special events, spread the word to their own friends, family and associates, and offered their generous financial support. MWS does not depend on public subsidary, thus support - your support, is critical.
We can offer a number of ways for individuals, companies, trusts and foundations to become involved with the band and support its work. By supporting MWS, you can help us plan for the future and remain financially secure. As a Friend of MWS, you'll also enable us to take on exciting new projects that will help the band's profile and prestige. The support we gain will also allow the band to fulfill its potential within the community, providing opportunities for musicians of all ages to perform by providing us with funds to purchase instruments for individuals to learn on. That is to say, your support will make a difference.
You can become a friend of MWS with a minimum donation of £10. This will automatically add you to our mailing list, ticket benefits at each of our concerts with 3 tickets for the price of 2 and free programmes.

Partnerships
Maidstone Wind Symphony is very proud of their partnerships with Maidstone Youth Music Society, Crowthers of Canterbury, Split Design and Maidstone Area Arts Council. We would like to thank them for their generosity, support and skill. In addition we would like to thank the bands Founders, Patrons and Members for their continuing support.
The future of Maidstone Wind Symphony is an exciting one which we hope you will be a part of. We will continue to strive for musical excellence and exciting performances that help us reach a wider audience.
